So just do we at Realty Check Inspect?

As a certified C.R.E.I.A inspector we adhere to the Standards of Practice set forth by the organization.

These however are the minimum requirements and Realty Check Home Inspections, is proud to say we go BEYOND the bare minimum. 

A prime example of this is the roof inspection. Though a major component of the household home inspectors are not required to go up and inspect the roof surface, in fact many will not even climb a ladder to view the roof from its edges! 

Baring the event of some unforeseen factor we inspect every roof by walking on all accessible surfaces and inspecting the components first hand going above and beyond for our clients whenever possible.
